Da es ja nichts neues ist, dass beim E39 immer wieder Wasserprobleme auftauchen,<\/span><\/p>\n

(Die erst im Januar 2021 neu eingebaut wurde, aber im November 2020<\/span><\/p>\n

bestellt wurde – Garantie gerade abgelaufen)<\/span><\/p>\n

Zuerst muss der K\u00fchlerschlauch ausgebaut werden<\/span><\/p>\n

Einfach am K\u00fchler und am Thermostatgeh\u00e4use abziehen nachdem die Klammern ge\u00f6ffnet wurden.<\/span><\/p>\n

Als n\u00e4chstes bauen wir den L\u00fcfter aus. Dazu wird ein 32er Maulschl\u00fcssel ben\u00f6tigt.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ein paar Schl\u00e4ge mit dem Gummihammer helfen<\/span><\/p>\n

Durch das entfernen des K\u00fchlerschlauches haben wir jetzt<\/span><\/p>\n

gen\u00fcgend Platz um den L\u00fcfter seitlich rauszuwursteln<\/span><\/p>\n

Jetzt haben wir genug Platz um die Wasserpumpe auszubauen<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Als n\u00e4chstes muss der Keilriemen runter.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dazu mit einem Torx-Schl\u00fcssel die Spannrolle „entspannen“ und den Keilriemen beiseite schieben<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Jetzt werden die 4 Schrauben der Riemenscheibe gel\u00f6st und<\/span><\/p>\n

anschliessend ganz rausgeschraubt (10er Nuss)<\/span><\/p>\n
